Hummus![]() Hummus is one of the best vegan foods out there. It's healthy, tasty, and popular even with omnivores. There are endless variations on hummus, and this is how I like to make it. 1 can chickpeas, drained (save the water) Toss everything in a food processor and blend, adding back the chickpea water until it gets as creamy as you'd like it.
