Rosemary Home Fried Potatoes![]() This simple recipe makes a great breakfast with veggie sausages or tofu scramble, or as a side dish at dinner. It can easily be doubled or tripled. Since the potatoes need be cooked ahead of time, I usually make it when I have left over cooked potatoes. This recipe works best with a non-stick pan. 1 tablespoon olive oil Heat the oil and fry the onions until tender, then add the garlic. Add the potatoes, rosemary, and salt and cook for a few minutes until the potatoes are slightly crisp. Home |
