Garlic Butter Sauce

Pour this quick, flavorful sauce over pasta, rice, or vegetables.

1 teaspoon olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, diced
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup soy milk
3 tablespoons Earth Balance or other vegan margarine
pinch crushed red pepper
salt to taste

In a sauce pan, heat the olive oil and brown the garlic. Add the flour, soy milk, Earth Balance, red pepper, and salt, and stir over low heat until smooth.
