Dairy-free Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino

Starbucks has vegan frappucinos now, but they're still insanely expensive. It's much cheaper to make your own, and it tastes just as good.

half a tray of ice cubes
1 shot of espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
2 tablespoon chocolate syrup (I like Ah!Laska)
2 tablespoons sweetener
1-2 drops peppermint extract, or 1 tablespoon peppermint syrup

Crush the ice cubes in a blender according to your blender's instructions. Add the other ingredients and blend them together until smooth. Enjoy.
