Dairy-free Peppermint Frappuccino

You can get soy iced mochas at most coffee shops these days, but no one seems to make a vegan blended drink, so I invented my own. I'm not really a big coffee fan, so I left that out, but you can add a bit of espresso or coffee extract to get that coffee flavor.

half a tray of ice cubes
1/4 cup soy milk or rice milk
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (I like Ah!laska)
2 tablespoons sweetener
1-2 drops peppermint extract

Crush the ice cubes in a blender according to your blender's instructions (mine suggests covering them with water before you crush them and then draining it off). Add the other ingredients and blend them together. Enjoy.
