Corn Muffins

dry ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar

wet ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup soymilk

Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Add the wet to the dry and stir until just mixed. Spoon into lightly oiled muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
