The Best Veggie Burgers Ever

I always loved my grandmother's hamburgers, so when I got sick of Boca Burgers I decided to make a vegan version of her recipe. This takes a little longer than unwrapping a frozen patty, but the results are worth it. This makes two burgers and can be easily doubled for more.

7 ounces Gimme Lean Ground Beef or other veggie beef
2 cloves garlic
pepper to taste

Slice the garlic into fine slivers and press the garlic and pepper into the Gimme Lean. Mix it together with your hands until the garlic is distributed evenly. Divide the mixture in half and shape into patties. Grill to your liking, and if you like, melt some vegan cheese on top for cheeseburgers. Pop into a vegan hamburger bun with your favorite toppings. Serve with fries.
