Gooey Chocolate Chip BrowniesMost of the vegan brownie recipes out there seem to use silken tofu, and while I don't mind tofu desserts, I wanted to create an alternative.
dry ingredients: In one bowl mix together the dry ingredients, and in another mix together the wet ingredients. Slowly add the wet to the dry and mix until it has a dough-like consistency. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and spread the batter into it. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Let the brownies cool off for a while before you cut them. Home |
